Quick TRX Workout for Strength, Balance and Flexibility
This quick trx workout will focus mainly on the lower body but inevitably, thanks to the hands in straps, also get your upper back and some arms. You will strengthen your hip capsule, glutes, hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, calves, feet and ankles; additionally you’ll get your upper back lats, rhomboids, levators, and traps. Furthermore, you will strengthen and improve your balance and weight transfer for functional daily movements. Equipment Needed :
TRX (or similar suspension trainer). No mat is really needed today, we’ll be standing the entire time. At one point if you need an assist for balance you could have the back of a chair nearby but it isn’t needed.

Get ready for squats, lunges, pliés, single leg standing, and jump squats. Push ups and single arm pulls along with lat pull backs are also a part of our workout today to balance the lower to upper body. Our exercises are a fusion of barre, trx, and Pilates all focused to give us a complete, well-rounded workout for strength, balance and flexibility. The only thing you will not work today is your core. It is of course always recruited as our stabilizer but we won’t be doing any core focused exercises in today’s quick trx workout.
Quick trx workout. Hit legs and a bit of upper body for a well-rounded strengthening, lengthening and balance building workout. Get the heart rate up, blood circulating, and metabolism going. A great workout for any time of day alone or to add in before a cardio workout. Strengthen and tone.
