Rebound HIIT Workout in the Air!!

*Equipment Needed :     Trampoline and a mat for some floor work. Also a tennis ball or any sort of soft ball that you can roll beneath your feet.

Focus :    Rebound HIIT workout, we are combining sculpting moves with cardio jumps to burn fat and build lean muscle tone. This is a fun workout beneficial for heart health as well as full body tone and circulation.

Class Level :     ALL levels. You can totally modify and adjust speed for your tempo and focus and level today.

The Course of this Class :     We’ll start by rolling out our feet as they’ll get lots of work today, then move it onto the trampoline mat for some core work to set us up for the rest of our workout. We then move into the jumping part of our workout which has 2 main parts: a more “cardiolates” type workout where we respect our vertical standing alignment and reap the benefits toe-head of cellular cleansing, lymph flushing, circulatory boosting, cardio, and posture improving work. Our 2nd part jumps will be more fitness based, hinged from the hip to achieve more speed, and is just a different focus. Get ready for some more mat work after jumps and we’ll finish with some heart raising finale jumps before cooling down.

Goals :     Increase and challenge our cardiovascular strength and stamina. Improve blood, lymph and oxygen flow in the body. Build lean muscle tone. HAVE FUN!
