ReboundFit Workout – Cardio, Stamina & Vitality

Focus : In this reboundfit workout, we focus on full body cardio, toning rebounding, gentle plyometrics, building stamina, endurance and strength.
*Equipment Needed : Trampoline and a tennis ball (or any small soft tissue massage ball for underneath your feet). No mat needed.
The Course of this Class : We’ll start with a short core strength warm-up, then 15 minutes of rebounding. Next, we’ll slow our jumps for about 8 minutes of plyometric work picking up the heart rate and fat burn while challenging stamina and balance. We finish with about 12 more minutes of rebounding and then some light stretching at the end. This is a great, full body workout strengthening lower body, core, and heart health, blood flow, oxygen consumption, stamina and endurance. This workout will leave you feeling wholly revitalized.
Class Level : ALL levels.
Goals : Activate your whole body, increase your stamina and endurance levels, burn fat, cleanse out toxins from cells through the lymphatic system, build stronger bones in this reboundfit workout! Improve balance and power. Cardio exercise and re-align your posture. Shed excess weight and build lean muscle tone. Remove stress from increased blood circulation throughout all tissues and mood boosting rebounding.
