Day 25: Rebounding Cardio Full Body Bonanza
Rebounding cardio jumpboard workout hitting full body fitness while focusing heavily on legs, glutes and core. It is our last day of cardio for our 30 day strength training program, whoop whoop!🎉 Grab your heavy weight, your booty band and your soft ball, this one is full of props to add that toning work and that increased strength challenge while raising the heart rate!

Get ready to start with some dynamic footwork which strengthens and warms up the feet and ankles. Off to jumping, starting pretty classically while focused on firing up those inner thighs. Next, raise it up and start your high kicks while heating up those abs! A quick interlude of some barre inspired work for legs and booty before we move into some upper body jumps. Isolated core work is up next and we’ll finish with some planks, because well, why not?! This rebounding cardio jumpboard workout is all about boosting that metabolism to start our last week right!
