Welcome to our Reformer Every Day. You asked for it. “If I want to workout on the Reformer every day, what do you suggest?” No more wondering what workouts to string together, we took the guess work out of it for you! This is your weekly schedule for 3 full weeks. No need to wonder what workout to choose today or tomorrow. No need to wonder what goes together or not. Each workout is complimentary one to the next and will cover your total body training in order to meet every need, even building in flexibility.😉
So, here it is 👯♀️ join me and we’ll do it together!
Remember that each class can entirely be taken as a stand alone class if you are not interested in following the entire program. BUT IF YOU DO, 📸take a before and after photo AND choose 1 exercise that you currently struggle with, video yourself doing it, then at the end of 3 weeks try again. TRACK YOUR PROGRESSIONS!
Workouts are ordered from first to last, top to bottom.
This program is created on the Reformer, therefore you will need your Reformer, Reformer sitting box and jump board.
In addition to this base, a variety of props will be used, so keep an eye out for each video’s unique description! For any prop you may not have at home, don’t stress! You can easily grab the prop by clicking on the link under the video, and for that day substitute with something from home. There will always be multiple options.
This Reformer every day program is geared for ALL LEVELS as my primary goal is that no matter our level, we move & improve together. This said, the practice difficulty each class is presented with is generally intermediate exercises.
We all have differing levels, suggestions for modifications are sometimes given. Do what you know is best for you: modify, adjust, adapt, pause; or if you need more challenge modify in that direction also. I may be leading the class, but this is your time, your workout, your body!
Each day we will choose a certain body focus like legs, or choose muscle pairs like arms & abs; and when we don’t choose this we will focus on a theme like cardio or athletic, for example. Also, last and not at all least, your 6th day will always be focused on building in flexibility to provide a hollistic approach to our fitness and wellness.
Alternating our focus each day will help us not only fully cover everything, but also help us to not over use or exhaust any one area.
Finally, as stated up above, these workouts are full of creative exercise variations and sequences. You’ll have lots of variety and diversity to keep your mind engaged and your body guessing!
We’ll workout every day for 1 hour or more on the Reformer. To have more than 1 hour per day is asking a lot, for those of you who don’t, feel free to pause the workout where you need to stop and pick back up tomorrow after a short warm up! Make this program your own and adapt it to your time frame and needs. If you miss a day, no stress! You can always spread this out, again this is for your enjoyment, ease of programming, and fun of working out, changing it up and not repeating the same routines all the time.
