Focus : 35 minute dynamic, strong reformer fit flow! Finding time for yourself isn’t always the easiest and often comes the last. Today we will move strong for 35 minutes, something most all of us can afford in our day.
Class Level : Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : It’s going to be a fun, full body fit flow. We’ll use the Pilates ring to connect us top to bottom and back up again. Start out hitting the legs hard for the majority first two thirds of class, then move it down for abs and arms!
Goals : Legs, legs, legs, and full body fit connect! Getting stronger and becoming more connected.
