*Equipment Needed : Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : Today we move at a dynamic pace and our focus, while full fit body, is also posterior chain targeted. This means : your booty, hamstrings, back, shoulders and arms.
Class Level : Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : We’ll kick off our sequence by heating up that booty and getting into the hamstrings before we move into footwork. This will fire our back side which we will then keep connected for the rest of our reformer session. As we strengthen the upper back we will open the chest and hip flexors while challenging our core to stabilize us. This is also a fantastic session to gain better, stronger posture.
