Reformer Lengthening & Stretch Finisher

FOCUS :   

After your Total Body Build & Lift Workout this lengthening and stretch class will continue the flow in your muscles while working your mobility and flexibility.

Use this after any workout where you’d like to spend some time opening and stretching out.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :   

Reformer and Reformer sitting box.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :       

Lengthen and stretch out after a build and lift workout, as well as any concentric, challenging workout to open tissues, work your flexibility and move out any lactic acid in the tissues. A feel good flow also great on any day you just need a different focus and pace for some self care.
