Focus : Play with the combo of the theraband and the Reformer in this class. Use the band to help you improve your form; and make sure that you are engaging from the right place. Use it as an assist, for example. And most certainly, use the band to PLAY and increase your range of motion, length and strength!
Class Level : Beginner – Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : Inspired by my friend Zayna Gold and her creativity using the theraband on the Reformer, this class is a creative, out of the box flow to get even more out of our Reformer session. If you are a teacher you may enjoy getting some ideas here, or simply moving in new ways using the band and the Reformer together.
Goals : From cueing your own intercostal breath, finding more core connection, to challenging your inner thighs and backs of shoulders, this is a complete whole body connect class.
