reformer w/props… *Equipment Needed : Stability ball and Reformer.
Focus : Join me as we move through this gentle Reformer w/props, energy pick-me-up flow.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : Some single leg footwork shapes up into abs without flexion; moves up to seated tall rows, followed by some very feel good lateral side circles… We’ll then pick it up the flow to some more challenging kneeling and planking abs; and then finish with yummy back waterfalls over the ball. Finally, stand up for the last bit, and practice some booty & balance.
Goals : Energy flows where focus goes. You’ll walk out with new found energy and a spring in your step.
