Release Fascia & Tone Strength – all-in-one Roll & Reform, Live replay

Focus :   

In this live class replay you get to release your fascia, undue tensions, decrease stress, increase blood flow all while simultaneously toning your total body strength. Win-win we think! 🥳 You’ll also work your balance and proprioception, mind to body connectivity and overall sense of well being. Today’s class follows a very SLOW PACE.

JUST A NOTE: as this was a live class, time is given in the beginning for people to come into class, if you want to hop right to it, skip forward just a bit through the intro and you’ll get right to the workout!

The Course of this Class :   

Class starts with a foot release, great way to start every day and any class. The sole of your feet is a map to your whole body and this will stimulate blood flow and circulation. We’ll work on releasing tensions in the upper back and body while we work the legs next. Then, a strength series using the foam roller as a prop. Moving on, we will work on releasing the spinal erector muscles, the piriformis and glute muscles, the hamstrings at their attachment, and inner thighs. Get ready to finish with a chest opener to bring the maximum amount of breath into the body while firing back up those released spinal erectors to walk out of class tall, strong and invigorated.
