A Lil’ Reverse Curl Abs to Start the Day, Rock your Core, Day 18
Today’s reverse curl abs will heat up our core very quickly before we jump into a plank session to finish off. We are building more and more strength so today’s session will put that stamina to the test. If you have a dumbbell it’d be great to grab it and use it today to increase the challenge. Remember today to mind your alignment as our exercises will really challenge strength, if you begin to feel like you can’t hold proper anatomical alignment then reduce your range of movement.

➡️ Remember our rule! IF you do not have the Reformer you will choose a prior workout in our program to repeat so you can remain consistent and do not skip a day.👍🏼

The Course of this Class :
As said we start class with reverse curl abs on the long box, and add in our hand weight. If you are not warm you might want to do some jumping jacks first to warm up and then press play. Focus on your boney alignment throughout our reverse abs to make sure you get the most from this exercise series and do not take anything into the low back. Next, get ready for an awesome plank series where we will test out our endurance, strength, alignment and stamina. Move always from your center and utilize your breath well today.
