You’ll work your whole body top to bottom targeting arms, abs, glutes, standing balance, thoracic mobility and much more! This athletically focused reformer class will give you a full body overhaul while increasing your overall strength, challenging your core power and pushing you to new limits.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :
CLASS LEVEL :
An all levels class with some intermediate to advanced exercises sprinkled in. Give it a try no matter your level and for anything you need to work up to, take your time to build up to it.
CLASS FLOW :
A full length 60 minute flow with lots of core focused exercises using deep and precise movement with control to challenge the postural muscles deep around the spine. You’ll move in every plane. This session includes everything needed to strengthen and mobilize all of us for what life requires in daily movements that we be stronger, more flexible, prevent injury, better balanced, and move efficiently through space.
