Instructor: Kristine Chaussard
Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

Focus :

Shoulders, spine, quads, hamstrings, calves and chest to name the major players that get stretched today down on the sand. Using the magic circle as a prop will allow us to take our stretches a little further. Use this class to improve your overall flexibility or to recover after a long workout or string of workouts. Make sure to regularly work the length of your tissues to keep breath and flow in the body and keep out stiffness, tightness and soreness.

Equipment Needed :

A Mat and a magic circle (also known as the Pilates ring). You can always substitute with a resistance band or even a bathrobe tie should you need.

Class Level :

ALL levels. For everyone!

The Course of this Class :

Enjoy the scenery in today’s class as you take time apart from your workouts and other activities to stretch out your muscles, add length and breath back into your body. Release tensions and bring back energy flow.
