Reformer for first half, Trampoline for second half. Please join us for what you have equipment for, even if it is only half of class, it will still be a full body conditioning.
All levels class. Modify as needed, suggestions for modifications given when needed.
First half of class is a more classical Pilates Reformer flow, focusing on centering, breath and alignment. Moving from core outward. This first half of class will tone and sculpt head to toe. Our second half of class is rebounding on the trampoline for a full body cardio conditioning.
Increase overall and core strength. Improve posture dynamically. Move from center out. Work breath and alignment. Total body toning and sculpting. Cardio conditioning. Increase blood flow and boost metabolism and energy. Have fun!
