Hot Potato Sculpt

sculpt thighs & abs.. *Equipment Needed :      Stability ball and Mat.

Focus :    Inner thighs & abs ON FIRE! This is a fun, fat-burning, mood boosting, sculpting mat workout.

Class Level :     Intermediate – Advanced.

The Course of this Class :    Volume up today (we had lots of wind but decided to share this recording with you anyways, because the session is worth it ;)! From Hot Water Beach in North Island, New Zealand. Start with some booty and balance, and then move into core connect through inner thighs and pelvic floor. You’ll do some gorgeous long leg sculpting while using those heavy levers to intensify the ab challenge! Jump up for a cardio blast, boosting your metabolism and developing power in those legs. Then back to more abs and legs.

Goals :     Adding in the benefits of changing up the pace, adding some plyometrics, cardio, jumping jacks while you sculpt thighs & abs with the traditional toning of Pilates Mat.
