Today’s sculpted abs workout comes to you again from the beach so enjoy the view and background today while using the magic circle to connect to your inner thighs, pelvic floor and obliques. We’ll work the entire abdominal region, all the way around the spine to pull up, flatten, strengthen and sculpt. Make sure to coordinate your breath with your movement and engage and move from your center out!
Welcome to day 17, we’re in the middle of our week, how are you doing? 18 minutes today of workout, so stick to it and you’ll be done before you can think twice! Stay consistent, you’ve got this! Add this to any other workout for the day or all by itself.

The Course of this Class :
From hip thrusts kneeling to crunches, stomach 5 series, planks and side kneeling we’ll play with how the core stabilizes us to strengthening it directly. Today it is important to feel the connection between your adductors and your core. If you have never felt this before the Pilates ring is very helpful in highlighting this. Stay mindful to your breath in all your movement, and focus on engaging from your core and around your spine. Always stabilize before mobilizing. Have fun and always listen to your body!
