FOCUS :
Today’s flow is recovery movement for those who have had intensive workouts throughout their week OR for those who are experiencing aches and pains in back or body generally. This flow is meant to simply encourage gentle breath and circulation to deliver oxygen to our tissues, open up areas that are stiff and achy and let increased blood and oxygen flow bring healing, rest and recovery.
Use this class if you’ve had a long day, want to move gently, need to recover, or have some nagging aches that won’t let you do a “regular” more concentric workout.
Also, use this class to take time for self care and to listen to your body. Tune in, pay attention, and go with what feels best now for you, that will be individual to all of us.

Reformer + balance cushion or soft ball + sitting box.
