Examine the needs of and exercise considerations for racket sports and cyclists. Pilates is used today in the basic training of many professional profile athletics, soccer and basketball to name a few. In this workshop we will look at certain Pilates exercise variations on multi-apparatuses and identify HOW AND WHY these are influential to optimize the athlete’s performance, improve their technique, increase their physical fitness, and even facilitate their recovery time. Teachers will leave with a full profile of these athletes outlining what are the keys to training them so they are best equipped to specifically address their needs, and they will receive a manual of exercise variations for these sports. This workshop will equip the Instructor to train both the amateur sports enthusiast to the professional athlete.
