This short classical flow will take us through a small selection of original exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. Classical workouts we always want to use to hone in to our own practice and fine tune. This will be full body. Work on the 6 foundational Pilates principles throughout each and every movement. Stay mindful, breath fully, stay concentrated, move from your center out, be precise and controlled, and move fluidly.
Our 6 Pilates principles are: Breath; Concentration; Control; Flow (fluidity); Centering (move from core out as well as mind-body awareness); and Precision.
