Mobility and weight training workout to increase strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. You’ll work hips, glutes, legs, dynamic balance, spine stretch, range of motion, dynamic core, coordination, arms and more in this workout. A nice quick full body win.

Reformer + sitting box + 1-2 sets of dumbbells.
