This sliding and gliding mat workout will deeply tone and work all your postural muscles in shoulders, chest, upper back, arms, core and all the torso. Even if you don’t typically take mat class, I encourage you to try this one as the sliders add a unique challenge!

A fabulous class to really mindfully and slowly work on your shoulder strength and alignment in movement as well as upper back and chest strength. A fun class to take for everyone whether you are a mat junkie or not. Great change up of pace with the addition of the sliders. You’ll finish today with a full body workout even though our focus is on core and upper body you’ll be fully worked at the end of class! Pace is moderate.
