Spine Mobility & Flexibility + Full Body Elongation & Stretch
You’ll lengthen the side body, improve spinal mobility and rotation, and work your full range of motion. Additionally, you’ll lengthen hamstrings and thereby stretch the low back. This full body stretch routine will lengthen and elongate the muscles, release fascia, tension, tightness and soreness.
Use this stretch day to work on creating more flexibility in the body; to lengthen back out after a long day or week of concentric workouts.

The Course of this Class :
Class starts on the short box with lateral stretches, into spinal articulations, and climb a tree. Next, we’ll stretch out our hip flexors and all the legs in the splits. Moving into thoracic rotations and the standing saw. More spine and leg stretches ending with feet in the straps.
This full body stretch routine moves in an ebb and flow, focusing on breathing in and through each stretch. Class is mindful and slow.

Increase flexibility using active stretching, eccentric movement, and breath; stretch out sore and tight muscles, create longer and more elastic tissues. Mobilize the spine in every way encouraging breath, flow, elasticity, agility and range of motion. Improve breathing. Rest and recovery. Increase blood flow and circulation to tissues.
