Focus : Strappy arms & legs means we’ll only be using straps today all focused on arms and legs, and a bit of abs at the end! Welcome to Day 6, Week 2, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything by making it either more or less intense. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Get ready to use those arms, hands in straps in every way. Then we’ll strap our feet and swing away from single leg standing to side lying and more.
Goals : Improve upper body and lower body strength, connection, and have some fun by mixing it up and only using the straps!
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
