What makes it athletic? We will incorporate into all of our session the following: weight transfer, balance, proprioception, body’s diagonal systems, unilateral training, coordination, mind-body connection and muscle memory.

This class can be tried at any level though understand it is taught at a determined Intermediate level of practice and understanding of both equipment and movement. If ever you are unsure, try a class more fit for beginners or reach out to us in comments below. Remember to always listen to your body and modify as needed for you.
A full length 60 minute flow with lots of challenge and movement in every plane. This session includes everything needed to challenge the athletic body, and likewise to strengthen all of us for what life requires in daily movements. From exercises you’ve likely done many times to a few new and creative ones, you’ll finish stronger, more confident, taller with better posture and an open heart and feeling overall strengthened and lengthened.
Weight training for increasing heart work and honing focus. Coordination and mind-body connectivity. Athletic and functional fitness. Training the body intelligently, using its diagonal systems to bring in greater strength from top to bottom and bottom to top working through the core as the power house. Full body conditioning. Dynamically work and improve balance. Balance imbalances. Improve posture, alignment, energy and overall fitness and strength.
