Stretch, Rest, Recover

stretch rest and recover… *Equipment Needed :     No equipment needed, just grab your Mat!  

Focus :    We all need days off for muscle recovery. Today I will lead you through stretches for stiff muscles to find flexibility and sore muscles to recover. Included, we will do some gentle toning as well. Use today’s session whenever you are needing some extra stretching and lengthening whether due to lots of working out or just lots of stress. Make time for rest and restoration!

Class Level :     All levels, this is about stretching so it’s for everyone, it isn’t a level of difficulty. We all need stretch rest and recover days!
