Focus : Stretch, rest & recover: lower body stretches, upper body mobility and rotation, increasing the breath throughout the entire body. Welcome to Day 6, Week 3, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : ALL levels.
The Course of this Class : We start with stretching out those legs from yesterdays jumping cardio class! Then, we’ll move into lots of thoracic mobilization, spinal mobility, rotations and anterior chain opening.
Goals : Open up the body, stretch tight or worked muscles, bring back length and flexibility, circulate breath, allow the body to stretch, rest & recover before another new week.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination.
