Strong Core Pelvic Floor Galore, ⚡️Magic Circle Magic✨Day 9

Focus :   

For a strong core pelvic floor we are employing the use of the magic circle, or ring of fire today to tone and strengthen inner thighs all the way up through pelvic floor and obliques. Focus on the coordination of your breath today which each movement as this is the power of activating your pelvic floor. Can’t feel it or find it, today’s session will help you do that through breath activation work and the use of the magic circle. A great class also for decompressing the spine as lifting the pelvic floor helps with this. Re-tonify, activate, and energize a basket weave of muscles responsible for so much in our hip region and entire trunk.

Your mat and a magic circle (also known as the Pilates ring).

The Course of this Class :   

Today we start with a really fun quadruped exercise that I enjoy. I think it is challenging and also a fabulous way to feel the connection of your anterior serratus to your obliques, your obliques to your pelvic floor and therefore glutes, hips and legs. It ties everything together while it is very subtle and gentle. Afterwards this leads into more subtle breath and spinal lift work. Then pre-Pilates moves into your stomach 5 series. Hip circles, side plank, roll over and teaser to finish.
