FOCUS :
This full plank flow from start to finish will challenge our control, strength, stamina, precision, centering, and ability to fire the whole system in each exercise for best support, form and alignment. This class can be challenging to wrists, so roll them out and take breaks as needed. A fun challenge to put ourselves up to and come back to in order to continually build and maintain strong plank form and strength.
