Class taught at an intermediate level but ALL levels encouraged to try, most especially those more advanced. Modifications are given for exercises needing them.
Class starts with a well known warm up then heads right into the heart of our training. Steady pace with reduced pauses.
Improve and increase core strength, precision and control. Strengthen weak hamstrings and glutes. Move with intention. Deepen your Pilates practice and fitness level. Push harder to go deeper.
