This class includes deep core strength training, lots of lateral strengthening: inner and outer thighs, obliques; stamina and endurance will be challenged throughout class with a continuous flow. Taught this week in studio and shared with you, it’s a total body flow, try it with us and challenge yourself!

Class taught at an intermediate level, however I will give modifications throughout and you can easily pace yourself to level up or down as needed.
Class starts with a nice warm up and then heads right into core work. The rest remains for you to press play and discover as you train!
Deep intense core toning and sculpting all the postural muscles around the spine. Strengthen the lateral sides of the body to help balance imbalances. Mind body connectivity, thoughtful and intentional movement. Increase strength, power and control throughout body. Move from core out. Increase power in muscles. Improve balance and coordination.
