Studio Class of the Week: Full Body Flow – Emphasis Legs & Abs

FOCUS :   

Today’s class uses many classics with the added mix up of pulses to heat up legs and abs to get that deep burn and reshaping of those muscles! Enjoy a full body flow, tune into your breath, posture and alignment as we move through our class today. Great for anytime, on its own or mixed in with any other additional arms or cardio workout.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

Classical and contemporary Pilates woven together for the benefit of both. Tone, shape and sculpt full body. Hone in on core strength and hip and leg musculature. Focus on breath and alignment in and through each exercise. Work muscle firing patterns while using total body integration during each exercise. Improve posture head to toe. Increase fitness stamina and endurance. Work coordination and standing, moving balance. Athletic fitness. Support your spine by developing and maintaining a strong core and muscles in the pelvis from glutes to connectors. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
