A fitness inspired, circuit based inspired Reformer class using weights, resistance training and repetition to hone our form, tone our bodies and remarkably improve our fitness levels. You’ll work it all: upper and lower body and core, balance, stability, alignment, form, stamina, and finish off with a cardio spurt.

Class taught at an intermediate level. Modifications given when needed.
Weight combined with resistance training for deeper toning and sculpting lean muscle throughout the body. Bone densifying. Athletic training; proprioception improvement and dynamic balance practice for injury and fall prevention, greater agility and better daily function! Sling system strengthening correcting imbalances and discrepancies between sides as well as righting compensation patterns. Increase overall strength, core strength, improve posture and improve daily functioning patterns. Burn fat by building lean muscle. Work proper skeletal alignment in dynamic movement. Increase power in muscles. Improve balance and coordination. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
