Class starts right in picking up heart rate and getting the blood moving. You’ll work all sides and all the way around your Reformer.
Smart functional training. Correct imbalances via sling system training. Improve large muscle and postural spinal muscle strength for a stronger body overall inside to out. Burn fat via some cardio and also building more lean muscle tissue. Improve bone density adding weight training and some light impact. Increase power in muscles. Improve balance and coordination.
