EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box + jump board + 1-2 booty bands + 1 set lighter handweights + 1 set medium-heavier weighted dumbbells.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Intermediate on up.

GOALS :     

Whole body, head to toe, complex and compounded exercises to exercise mind-body connection, coordination and proprioception. Glutes, hips, legs, core, arms and back strengthening. Cardio. Improve and work dynamic balance. Strength and endurance. Weights added to resistance training. Improve your overall strength. Stay strong and fit. Build lean muscle, tone, trim, sculpt and shape. Improve your posture and alignment in movement. Create mindful movement patterns for daily function and for other active interests. Learn fun and creative variations on the Reformer.
