Summer HIIT me up

FOCUS : 

30 minute quick, total body toning and fat burning HIIT mat class. HIIT is so effective in burning fat, staying trim and trimming down, it’s a great workout anytime but I love it especially in summer.

Turn on tunes that make you wanna move, grab a towel, your water, your mat and your dumbbells.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Your mat and 1 set of heavier weights 8-15 lb.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels. Modify if needed.

CLASS FLOW :   

A 5 minute core warm up leads us into our interval segment and then we’ll finish with a 2 minute cool down. Your rest time is between 10-30 seconds and your work time varies from 30-60 seconds long.

GOALS :   

Quick, fast, effective fat-burning, muscle toning workout. High intensity interval training for weight management, fitness upkeep, and cardiovascular exercise. Develop greater stamina and endurance. Heart health. Tone, trim and sculpt.
