FOCUS :   

Core focus: summer ready abs: from your deepest abs transverse abdominus and pelvic floor to your obliques and more you’ll cinch in, tighten and tone up, define and strengthen your core for better posture, a healthier and happier spine, smaller waistband and stronger abs.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Your mat and foam roller.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels, modifications given, adjust for your needs. If you find some moves too advanced just dial them down and work up slowly.

CLASS FLOW :   

Get ready to squeeze, cinch and wring out that center in this live class replay. We’re all about our waistline today, moving from our center with slow and controlled, intentional movements. You’ll tone, sculpt and shape while having fun trying to balance and roll with that foam roller.

GOALS :     

Get those summer ready abs before hitting the lake, pool or beach. Build and maintain a deep strength in pelvic floor, transverse abdominus and your obliques; while connecting this strength to your shoulder supporters. Improve your centering, balance and movement from inward outward. Work your mind-body connection, muscle firing and awareness. Improve coordination, posture and alignment, and even some flexibility work. Work the core and power house directly and dynamically.
