Focus : Booty & balance for a summer ready booty, lower body strength including core. Welcome to Day 3, Week 3, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Today’s class is one of my favs and lots of fun. We start standing with all sorts of skates and lunges and continue the creative, contemporary flow from there. Get ready to challenge your balance in single leg work and also standing on the moving carriage!
Goals : Build more strength in your hips, glutes and pelvis for better balance, gate, and pain relief in the lower back. Improve your balance for greater agility in all your daily activities. And of course, as an added benefit, get that summer ready booty!
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
