Superwoman Sculpt Arms & Abs

*Equipment Needed : Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : Sculpt arms & abs… beautiful arms and strong, sexy shoulders, no more back fat or underarm pooch, no more winging scapula. Flat stomach, no more pooch there either.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We want to sculpt arms & abs. So we start in a quadruped position on the Reformer holding the carriage open. Right away this is a strong position. And remember, you can always adjust your own spring tension to make this your workout. Progress at your pace. Also, this position is an excellent way to cinch in your abs and yes flatten that tummy! Next, we’ll move to our backs and target the abs and obliques. We work one side at a time adding extra challenge by doing so, but the results are awesome! We’ll finish again in quadruped burning out our shoulders and getting a bit into our back body and our glutes. And finally, we’ll open up our front line in a stretch and upper back extension in order to finish tall and open.
This will strengthen those scapula stabilizers. It will also target your core from start to finish! A strong, challenging, fun Reformer class.
Goals : This will burn, firm and sculpt your entire upper body AND give you that tight and toned core! Do you want to get stronger for a plank position, then try this class over and over! This will do it!
