Sweat, Jump & Sculpt – Total Body Toning, Live replay

Focus : 

45 minute sweaty Reformer jumpboard live replay class for cardio health and total body toning. Kicking it back to our live class today, retake this with us and love you some jumpboard cardio! You’ll get some awesome core work in using the soft ball today and moving all the way around the reformer, all sides.

⚠️This class may take some more time in transitions as it was filmed and taught live, so just a heads’ up if you like things to move fast! 😉

Equipment Needed : 

Reformer, jumpboard, and a small to medium soft ball. If you do not have one remember you can always substitute a folded up towel!

The Course of this Class :

Join us as we move together live, on replay of course. We start with dynamic footwork, move into ADductor jumps, and then fire up the core. 🔥 This leads into side body work and then toning our upper back, arms and upper body. Next you’ll have some more dynamic jumps with less support underneath you, so balance will come into play as well. Get ready to finish off with a dynamic planking series.

Remember this class is a replay of a live taped class, we keep a good pace although we may take a bit of time through transitions to make sure we are all together!

Class Level : 

ALL levels today. There may be a few exercises intermediate and above but give it your all and modify what you need at the end. You’ll get there!

Goals : 

Get a good sweat, raise the heart rate, boost the metabolism, improve energy levels, trim and tone at the same time. Build lean muscle. Improve proprioception, reaction times and mind-body connectivity. Increase power and efficiency in movement. HAVE FUN working out, above all!
