Testing Limits, Full Body, FLOW

Level: Advanced, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Sit into this class for a familiar but strong lower body warm up, followed by a deep core burner before standing it up and challenging your limits in coordination, extension, strength and flow. This flow though very quick, will fully work you head to toe and leave you feeling stronger and longer.

This is FLOW! A different style of class which gives you a chance to practice along with me in my own movement time, all the while tuning into your body and your center. I won’t be talking or teaching, you will simply hear the 🌿outdoor sounds along with your machine and your breath. The exercises are posted up in the video so keep watching to see what is next. You also have spring suggestions put up in the video. Remember these are suggestions. Feel free to modify as you need. Learn what best suits your body and go with it. Put all you have learned in our teaching sessions to practice here, and drop us any questions that might arise during class below.

Reformer only.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Intermediate-Advanced level. Try it and if you find something is too difficult, listen to your body and modify as needed, or skip forward.

If you are a brand new beginner, I suggest starting with our Beginner program first and then more of our individual Reformer workouts to familiarize yourself with certain basics and our style of teaching. Then return here and join us in this Flow. 👍

CLASS FLOW :   

Class starts with leg work, then moves into deep core work before popping up and getting into our bodies as we flow and test our limits moving in advanced exercises with grace and fluidity in those tough positions. The rest is for you to press play and discover! See you in class and make sure to finish out so you can mark this workout complete!☑️

GOALS :     

Total body fitness and full integration in all our movements. Glute and leg strength and connectivity. Core power and control. Upper body posturing and holding power. Full body coordinated movement with grace and fluidity. Improve overall mind-body connectivity, reactivity and adaptability, muscle engagement and firing patterns, and dynamic balance. Increase body awareness. Quick toning and sculpting. Flow with strength and breath.
