GOALS :
Strong but also gentle movement for recovery, self care days. Lengthening long lines to stretch legs and lengthen the silhouette. Encourage blood and oxygen flow to tissues. Self care. Tune in and listen to your body and what it needs. Develop a deeper mind-body connection. Move out stiffness, aches and pains, avoid immobility. Use this class in conjunction with other concentric workouts to help keep long and lean and not shorten muscle fibers.
