Day 25: Dynamic Toning Cardio Workout, Total Body Power & Stamina

Focus :

A toning cardio workout for the full body focused on increasing stamina and cardio endurance while testing and improving power in the legs, glutes and core. You made it! Today is our last cardio workout in our 30 day strength training program for fat loss and lean muscle gain! 🎉You have plyometrics mixed with some classics like planks and the Hundred today. Your jumps are higher impact though remember you can always step it out dynamically if you need to take it down a notch. Either way today’s workout is great for burning fat and any excess while improving that fitness level. You’ll have 3 rounds, it’ll go fast, so push yourself, turn on your favorite music playlist to motivate you and you’ll be finished before you know it!

Equipment Needed :     

Your mat, and a booty band. The booty band is optional but will significantly increase the cardio and toning work. No weights are used in today’s toning cardio workout. We are focused more on bodyweight, form, precision and speed.

Class Level :     

ALL levels. As mentioned above, certain exercises are slightly more impact, if you have any reason that you cannot jump, just step out the same moves and get that heart rate up!

The Course of this Class :   

You’ve got 3 rounds today with 9 exercises in each round. We’ll be working on 45 second intervals with about 15 second rest periods in between each exercise. Focus on your form and alignment today as well as your breath. Make this workout your own, meaning you don’t need to pace with me, take this quicker if you can and slower if you need. Remember to push yourself. Check the preview of today’s toning cardio workout to see what you have up. Jumping jacks; high knees; plank walks; split jumps; jump squats; hips thrusts; mountain climbers; sprinter’s hop; and the hundred, but not in that order. Follow the workout to find out! 😉
