Booty Ball on the Wall

*Equipment Needed : Fit ball. Wall. Mat.
Focus : Toning Leg & glute workout using the fit ball and the wall.
Class Level : Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : If you love the Reformer but don’t have one at home, this will bring you very close to that great burn you can get from footwork and legwork. Try it and see what you think! We’ll start standing for some full body stretches and some arm work. Next, we’ll take it to the mat and heat up the back of the legs while rolling the ball up and down the wall. You’ll challenge your core as well and finish with a beautiful chest opener, spine lengthener and hamstring stretcher. It’s a lot of fun and if you are a teacher looking for some different ideas of what to do with the ball, try this one.
Goals : A great toning leg & glute workout, booty burner, burn and firm the backs of those legs; and have fun using the fit ball in a different way than usual.
