Total Body Barre, Arms + Abs + Booty, Live Replay

Level: All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Taking it back in time to this LIVE BARRE class including total body toning. Yes, lots of glutes, booty, and leg work, but we’ll also be toning those arms and heating up that core for a full body workout by the end of class. You’ll move in all planes, standing, on the floor, you get the idea! If you love barre you’ll like this class, and if you don’t love barre, YOU TOO will enjoy this class because you won’t be plié-ing till kingdom come, go on, press play and see what you think!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :     

A barre, chair, countertop or something you can hang onto; core sliders (or a towel or socks to substitute), hand weights, small-medium size soft ball, and your Mat for floor work.

CLASS LEVEL :     

ALL levels.

CLASS FLOW :   

Start with pliés, then slide away into lunges and full body dynamic and functional moves using arms, core and glutes. Class moves at a steady pace and hits all those areas head to toe. Stick to the end for some awesome and challenging core work using a household chair, you’ll be surprised at the burn!
