The Course of this Class : We start with standing glute presses and fast flying lunges moving right into burning out your ABS from ball toss reverse abdominals to oblique resistance pulls. Then, pop up for standing T glute presses, moving planks, floating knee pulls and standing skaters. Finally finish with powerful back extensions firing from your glutes and the whole length of your legs!
