This total body, well rounded workout will work to the burn out in the muscle bodies through each exercise. Starting with lower body, working into abs, then into arms and total body. If you have the tower at the back of your Reformer this is a great workout to use it with and will increase the difficulty and challenge by quite a bit. If you don’t, join anyways because this workout works perfectly just using the Reformer straps and it is also a challenge!
