This jump Reformer will get you moving and keep you moving for 30 minutes. Raise your heart rate, metabolism and your energy levels with class today! We are working to increase our power, our stamina and improve our muscle tone and definition. You’ll feel the burn all around today, lots of glutes! Be ready to jump and keep keep jumping, our pace is constant!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jumpboard + Pilates ring/Magic circle.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels class, pace is constant so if you need to slow it down or even speed it up this is YOUR workout so adapt it to you 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

A 30 minute cardio jump board class. Get ready to jump on all sides, horizontally and vertically. You’ll test your endurance, improve your stamina, challenge your balance and coordination, get a sweat, and have plenty of fun. All this while toning and trimming your total bod. Class will fly by! Let’s go!

GOALS :     

Cardio training to improve heart health, improve bone density, low impact, fat burning, muscle leaning workouts. Boost energy levels and metabolism function. Body sculpting and toning. Burn calories, shed excess weight, tone and trim up. Increase your stamina, endurance and power. Improve your overall strength and fitness level.
