FOCUS :   

Heat up, burn fat and calories and sculpt and reshape your total body in this mat core slider class. All entirely low-impact, no jumping at all, and a steady pace, the ground force of the sliders will increase the burn in today’s workout!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Mat, medium resistance band, and 1 core slider (you can use a hand towel, socks or paper plates if you are on carpet).

A great class to rev up your metabolism, build lean muscle and burn fat while avoiding any high impact moves. Adding the resistance band will enliven each exercise challenging your mind-body connectivity and coordination! Get a buddy to slide with and have some fun.
