Total Body Makeover, Connected Chair, Live Class Replay

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Intermediate

FOCUS :   Total body integration in each and every move. You’ll work head to toe connectivity from mind to body, to coordination, to flexibility, to range of motion and mobility, to core strength, standing balance, unilaterals, and so much more. Nothing is left out in today’s class! Lots of core moves while also getting lots of lengthening throughout the body and the posterior chain. You’ll stretch and strengthen today. Deep and focused strength building exercises to build lean muscle tone head to toe.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Pilates chair, mat and a long resistance band (this is optional but we’ll use it most of class. If you don’t have one, you could substitute with light hand weights.)

CLASS LEVEL :     

Intermediate level taught today but an all levels class. Simply modify what you need and listen to your body first!

CLASS FLOW :   

This Total Body Lean live class replay starts you off standing, moves you onto the chair sitting, takes you down to the mat lying and finishes you on your feet standing again. You’ll work your flexibility while also working your core and overall body strength. A fabulous chair class to hit it all and leave nothing behind.

GOALS :     

Full body toning, deep sculpting workout. Increase both your overall strength and your core strength. Improve your balance, flexibility, mobility, posture and your alignment in movement. Increase your mind-body connection and awareness. Creative flows.
